Photo added by Bonnie Shirley Amery. He received his education from Pleasant Valley rural school as did his father, grandfather and great grandfather before him. John Dee graduated from Norborne High School and began his career of farming the family farm and working a dairy herd.
Dee Shirley passed away on January 1, in Pontotoc, Mississippi. The obituary was featured in The Daily Journal on January 2, Dee always was one of the best Mississippi cousins I had. Everytime he visited Texas and I visited MS we had fun catching up. We lost contact after growing up but i still carry many fond memories. My prayers and love to the family he left behind. May God bring comfort at this time. To all of the family, we are grieved at your loss. God is the one who can help you all through the days ahead.
But the loneliness and the hours ER shifts are taken everything I had left in me. She was masterful at hiding the cuts and bruises with clothing. I've supported him for 5 years, taken on that Doctor's Partner role, put my ambitions on the back burner, and it hasn't done a lick of good. Thanks for commenting on my blog. I am so happy about 'starting' our life together in a few months, but I feel like I am totally setting myself up for disappointment. You can't gamble on her seeing Mormonism for the shit show that it is. Again, reiterating it, don't expect a decade's worth of time with her, but enjoy her good while you two are together.
